The Highschool of the dead Manga is coming back.. So, does that mean the Anime will come back as well?

Just because the Manga is returning from Hiatus doesn't mean that there's going to be a second season of High School of the Dead. An Anime will only get multiple seasons if either the Manga is very popular or if the company that creates the Anime gets a lot of revenue from the box sets / DVDs, (a company won't create an Anime unless it guarantees sales.) However, in 2011, both the Anime and the Manga for High School of the Dead were voted the WORST in Japan. So unless the Manga manages to capture the interest of Japan, the chance of a second season is next to none.

We can't know anything about their plans for the anime until they actually tell us their plans for the anime. At this point, no one involved with the series has said anything about the anime coming back, so anything anyone can offer you right now is only going to be guesses and speculation. The anime certainly has a BETTER chance of coming back now that the manga will be continuing (since the chance was virtually zero while the manga was on hiatus), but that doesn't guarantee that it will actually happen. The fact remains that the anime did pretty poorly in Japan, so even though there will be more source material once the manga runs for a while, they still might not be interested in making more anime.
