I must spend multiple hours planning and arranging to ensure for a successful turnout. Specific duties may include making phone calls or visiting with newspapers, websites, radio stations and magazines; posting on social media sites, such as Twitter and Facebook; passing out flyers; sending marketing e-mail invites; hanging up posters; and assisting in the development or mailing of public relations materials, such as publicity folders.
