Maybe he just feels that you're trying to keep your relationship with him a secret since you won't broadcast it for everyone to see... you just have to reassure him that is not the case. Hope that helps

Some people live their whole lives on Facebook. It's pathetic. It's even more pathetic that your lad is saying you don't love him if you don't change it. You should drop this fool like a bad habit.

What is the harm in humouring him? I do agree it is a bit extreme of him to claim you "don't love him", however.
