should i overlook her flaws and pursue a rlshp?

She used to work in my office but left after her father died.

She has had fights with me, ignored me in the office, one time she confronted me when I was at my desk and she got in my face and said something about how I shouldn't ignore her, she unfriended me on Facebook and then refriended me after we started talking again. She came in to work with her knuckles busted and told me she punched a girl in the face over a parking space, and she also told me she yelled at and threatened the receptionist in our office because the receptionist asked her if she slept with me (the girl in question was talking to the receptionist about me and the receptionist was like "well did you two sleep together?" And the girl in question flipped out, yelled at her right in the office and threatened her)

Knowing all of this, should I pursue a rlshp with her now that she doesn't work with us any longer?
