How to take a clip out of a movie and put it on facebook?
When I moved provinces my friends made me a cute little goodbye video, I was wondering how I would take a short clip out of that movie and put it on facebook, WITHOUT using windows maker as I have already tried that and it didnt work. The movie is on a disk, not saved onto my computer. Help?!
..the clip I want to take out is of my friends sitting on the stairs leaving me a very personal message about why they're going to miss me and what not. Not something that will be on YouTube.

insted of going thre all the trouble of taking it out your self...look for it on youtube. its possible that someone has already done it.or has a section of the movie on therre already.

You have to use a video editing software like Adobe premire, wondershare vivedio etc, or your friend have high end mobile having the facility to edit the video,
