Will America's reckless politicians in the Congress take the country over the cliff into an uncertain land?
where recession looms and destroy your or your parent's saving so the multimillionaires do not have to pay a little more in taxes?

Why do we have poverty, unemployment, and inequality?

1.“Small Gummint” nuts cripple bank regulation.
2.The bank-dominated Fed promotes borrowing with low interest rates.
3.Wall Street gets rich securitizing subprime loans, creating a bubble.
4.Indebted home buyers cut back on spending.
5.Consumption drops and the bubble bursts.
6.“Under water” home buyers prolong the recession.
7.Tax revenue drops, unemployment benefits climb, and budget deficits hits the ceiling.
8.“Small Gummint” nuts complain about “spending” and “entitlements” and “Big Gummint”.
9.Government privatizes some functions.
10.Wall Street gets rich financing privatization of government assets.

This cycle is repeated every few years, sometimes with taxpayer bale-outs of Wall Street. Eventually, the 1% will own our entire infrastructure and charge us for sleeping on their sidewalks. What to do?

1.Break up the banks and regulate them!
2.Force the Fed to set counter-cyclical interest rates!
3.Tax heavily the income and estates of the 1% so they can’t buy Congress!
4.Tax financial transactions to pay for Wall Street’s wreckage!
5.Stop borrowing and paying interest to bond-holders!
6.To cover budget deficits, print the damn money!
(Lincoln and FDR did that during wartime with great success!)
7.Reclaim all public assets!
8.Confine “Small Gummint” nuts to a distant asylum!

“Small Gummint” is the road to serfdom!

It isn’t ideology that drives the Republican insistence on spending cuts, it’s a strategy. They fervently oppose cuts to defense because. more than any other government department, the DOD allows the wealthy to extract money from the treasury.

Boehner and the Republican leadership are proving their absolute stupidity to the Nation.
And con man Obama is playing them AND the American People for the fools that they are.
Neither Party has the courage nor the intelligence needed to actually fix the problem, so they are posturing for a "blame game", and Democrats have the edge in this game because they have more media assistance.

While Obama publicly claims he wants a deal to avoid going over the cliff, he privately prays it will not happen.
Obama needs the Country to go over the Cliff and is doing everything possible in hopes that Republicans will not prevent it. This is exactly why Obama and the Democrats refuse to make spending cuts demanded by Republicans a part of the deal.

The Nation is facing a severe recession in 2013 and we have never recovered from the last, in spite of how all the unemployment and economic numbers have been manipulated to indicate otherwise.
The coming of 7 new Obama care taxes in 2013, in addition to the 9 already in effect, and the immediate need to, again, raise the debt ceiling are sufficient to cause it. (No one is talking about it yet, but the debt ceiling will need to be raised by mid January at the very latest.)
The tax hikes that Democrats are asking for are not enough to prevent the coming recession and actually make it more likely.

Obama knows this.
He knows that his policies of the past four years have failed.
That is why he could not run on his record.

His stimulus failed to revive the economy like we were told.
QE 1, 2, and 3 have failed to revive the economy like we were told.
The millions of "green jobs" have not been created like we were told.
The "Summer of Recovery" proved to be a flop.
There are more unemployed than ever before.
There are more people on Food Stamps than ever before.
Most every economic indicator points to recession.

If the Republicans fail to cut a deal to prevent going over the cliff, then with the help of the media, Obama can blame them and not have to take any responsibility for the cuts in Medicare, Medicaid and other Social Programs which would also occur with going over the Cliff.....cuts which Obama and the Democrats know are necessary.
He can blame Republicans for his failures during the past four years AND the coming recession.
Republicans need to be aware of this trap and make a deal....any deal.....any terms..... to prevent going over the supposed Cliff.
Then Obama will sh!t all over himself.
And liberals will be forced to admit that Obama's policies do not, have not, and will not work.

U know since 2008 the USA has had some first timer things going on and it is not such a good thing. One has to step back and really take a closer look at why this is happening.

They are just proving to Obama that he don't always get every thing he wants. Since he thinks he is a supreme ruler he has to be brought down a notch to keep him in line. I like seeing him cry when he don't get his way.
