Facebook Event Managing error.?

I wished to create an event. But as i was busy i asked my friend to do that and make me the host.
Now the problem is. He seems to be the owner of the event.
Whenever i invite anyone. The notification goes : "Sankalp invited you to Friend's event: Event Name"

Can this be changed as it is not attracting as many persons that my name would have done?

Tell your friend to create in your id. Presently the event is created in the id of your friend so he is admin of the site.
