Why can't i take a video or picture on my friends wall and post it to them on Facebook anymore?

I used to be able to post a picture or video on a friends facebook wall. Like how you write a wall post? I used to be able to post videos. I used to be able to click "Photo" and it would ask "upload picture/video" and next to it "Record picture/video" it no longer gives me the option of taking a picture or video and putting it on someones wall... why? how can i fix this?

This is not an answer...Just thought I was going crazy too....I have the same problem...next to 'upload picture/video' it said 'use webcam/video' and now it's like it never existed...Very pissed! Sorry for not being any help....I'm also waiting impatiently for an answer.
