How can I use left click whilst holding down right click?

I'm using a Dell Inspiron 15R SE and I'm just wondering if there's a way that I can enable my being able to use left click while, at the same time, holding right click. I need this for certain games, where right click is used to zoom and the left click is used to fire. I don't know if this issue is true for everyone else's laptop, or just mine, but if you could provide me with a solution I'd greatly appreciate it.

Unfortunately, after looking in the touchpad settings for the 15Rse system I do not see anyway to enable this feature. You can also check in the touchpad settings to see if there is something I may have missed. There is also no option within the system bios to enable this feature.
