I tried to resist falling in love, didn't work out?
And then she found out about it and kept trying to talk to me and sit with me and hang out but I just rejected it over and over again and she felt hurt but keeps coming back for more. I'm upset at her not getting the message, and its not like my attention will be so IMPORTANT to HEr, because alot of guys like her and want to go out with her and she's super pretty and sweet. Like I felt I gave her the wrong idea, I mean I liked her alot, and she knew I at least liked her as more than a friend but I just wasn't willing to do anything about it. I just felt like this whole thing was out of my control and it blows now for falling in love this sucks how can I end everything? This has been going on for awhile, couple of years. She'll just stare at me and smile here and there. I just don't wanna get attached to people...

Dude something that will help is working out. Best thing to do for stress relief. As for the chick just avoid her as much as you can, dont initiate any conversations or texting. And stay off of social media crap like facebook so its harder to contact you. Either that or if she really does like you just kiss her one day as shes going in to hug you.

Don't take this personally,
"Why don't you wanna fall in love?" would be the first question to ask yourself.
Besides, if this girl has been trying for years she'll obviously be really good to you and she will to go the extra mile.
I'd say take a chance and go for it.
