Facebook: How to unable people from adding me as a close friend ?

It's really annoying. My friends and family know everything I do on facebook, I have to think twice about posting something or commenting. SO is there a way to not let them add me as close friend? Thanks

Unfortunately, there is no way to disable people from adding you as a close friend as of this moment. You could always block them, but if they found out, that would cause a whole lot of drama. You should always think before you act. If you did so, you wouldn't have to worry about anyone seeing your posts. Besides, if they were friends and family, I'm sure they would understand that the decisions you make are yours and only yours. They should learn to accept that, or otherwise learn to accept who you are.
