Click on an uploaded pic and it will give u the option MAKE PROFILE PIC? Click it!

if its Uploaded Already Go to the Photo Tap it to the Left or the Right and hit Set as Profile Picture if its Not Uploaded Already Upload the Picture than Hit Set as Profile Picture

it Will Always Post to your Wall But you Can Always Delete It Tho From your Wall
