ok so im shy and a freshman and this sophmore guy i think is cute sit 3 down from me in a class(lol so scary) We sometimes catch eacother looking at eachother( well mainly me looking at him) but he keeps the stare awhile too...what are some sly things i could do too get his attention in that class...like twist my hair and stuff like that. Things that will make me seem cute and approchable...any ideas??

Ask him to help you with homework for the class...if you are too nervous to approach him, well thats where social media comes in handy. You can twist your hair if u want but im tellin u, those kinda things are too ambiguous.
