Recording on IOS devices?

Is there an app I can use (prefferably iPod 4th gen friendly) that will allow me to record me doing stuff on my iPod touch(4th gen)? I've seen people on YouTube post videos of games on thier IOS devices and I was wondering how you do this. I'd prefer if it was an app as I don't really have access to a computer. Answers appreciated, Thanks!
