Guy i met on facebook IS the person in the pics?

I met this guy onlineand we talked for fours yrs and become very close to the point that when i fell on hard times he helped with my bills. Anyway all this drama started first he crahed cars fighting and was told hed been killed. So all the signs were there crazy drama male model so i thought he was a fake profile like mtv catfish. So i told him i never cared about him and was just using him then changed my number and blocked him on facebook . Well about a week ago a friend of him facebook me pics the guy took with my name cat name and nickname he gave me. Turns out his cuz made up alot of the drama to drive us apart because she didn't like me. Feel awful now what should i do?
