To make money online you need inovation. Something new that a large target audience can use and appeals to many people.

Don't waste your time or money selling wholesale Chinese goods, or reselling items. Also about 99% of the online money making schemes are not going to make you money. They will most likely help you lose money.

If you aren't providing something new, then chances are there isn't a chance for profit.

Well the internet is a good place for business, according to me. If you ever read all those data entry jobs, rebate processing, how somebody crack the code and make $20,000 in one hour, all these ad is just about affiliate marketing. This is how people get rich though, by affiliate marketing. You can do this in two ways, free or thru' paid ad. Paid ad is expensive, free is a lot of work like you have to set up blogs, write articles and press releases.

Another idea is open online shop, can be hard too, because you need to have your shop listed in the first page of search engine like Yahoo and Google. You can pay to be listed on the first page, but can be expensive, if your ad is based on a popular keyword. It is usually called pay per click. Which means when someone click on your site link, you get charged.

Your best bet will be Ebay, find out what your are good at, find the product supplier and start selling. If you don't know any supplier just go to http://www.thomasnet.com/, do a search or go to the category where your product is located, and write a whole bunch of letters to every company that supplies your product, for comparison on their wholesale price. If you don't want to stock inventory, just write to them that you are starting a business, see if they can give you a wholesale price, and ask if they can do dropship for you (which means you get your customers' money first, pay your supplier the wholesale price + shipping, and your supplier will send the product to your customer, under your company name or your name. Of course when you sell on Ebay don't forget to charge customers shipping cost unless you already factor the shipping cost on your pricing.

There may be a good Internet business, but am not convinced at all and no proven track of all these businesses. Be careful, do not get involved, do not invest your hard earned money, do not register with all and the sundry, do not disclose any of your details. But, still you have many url`s, try some and find out for yourselves.
