Well jus make sure he isn't in a relation with someone else. Then jus try to hv a little chit chat wid him n day by day u will start realising how he feels for u. Jus listn to ur <3 n cum out of ur shyness.

If you are really interested in him,try to create opportunities yourself between you both,like..you approach him saying that you are poor at english and ask him whether he can help you.And try to use the same way for the college that he uses, but never be more expressive, that creates a bad impression on you, initially be as simple as you can.once you both got introduced, start saying 'HAI' whenever you meet him,and improve your relationship and closeness with him gradually which leads eventually to something which you want seriously.Nothing happens all of a sudden.Let it happen as long as it can. I think it works for sure. All the best and try to build a good relationship with him and be careful. Never neglect your studies
