After I scan my computer and delete all virus is it nessecary to change my passwords?

Only if you are afraid they have been compromised. You may lose all your stored auto-logins, depending on exactly what you run.

It's not a bad idea to change your passwords periodically anyway.

No, it's not necessary if you didn't have an infection. It is a good idea to routinely change your passwords though. It's even better to not use the same password across multiple sites.
