How to edit or "picnik" a picture into a magazine or ad?
Hi, i've seen pictures on facebook and myspace that are edited onto a magazine front page or an bill lboard

i dont know if you guys know what im talking about but if you do can you please tell me how to do this?

I think, Adobe Photoshop CS4 is the best software for this purpose.
