Girlfriend talks behind back on twitter?

Well my girlfriend and I are really close and she has a slight addiction to twitter, she once signed in on my iPod and left it signed in, just a minute ago I went on twitter and saw she had been talking about me behind my back with snide comments like "don't reply for 10 minutes, you must be interested" or "why does everything go wrong why can't it go right for a change" this was after an argument. Now I know it's her domain and it's her choice what she puts, I respect that. But I know she has a lot of our friends on twitter. So I don't know how to approach this, I am not angry, slightly hurt. I never speak behind her back. We have been together a year and I can only imagine how much more is on there. I just want some advise on what to do or how to approach the situation. If I were you I'd be like 'so who takes 10 minutes to reply? Sounds like a real douche' something slightly comedic but like still gets the point across.
