I want to become a lawyer?
right, I'm only in year 9 but I'd like to become a lawyer when I'm older, I'm choosing my year 10/11 GCSE options next week, what would be best history or geography? business studies or product design or music or childcare? art or drama or hairdressing or pe? construction or media designs or health and social? product design or ict or German? yes some of them are repeated because we have the option to do them twice. the compulsory courses we have to do are: GCSE maths GCSE English or English language and literature GCSE science GCSE french and GCSE RE also what would I have to do at A level? thanks oh and I'm from the UK

GCSE;s are the least of your worrys, honestly when you apply for law they don't look at what GCSE's you got they look at the grades (: it's the same with A-Levels, you don't neccesarily need to do law to get into their courses (: however some universities prefer English Literature to Language at A-Level if your doing an english subject (: You just need to show that you can read and analyse information

GCSE won't really make much difference, but History GCSE would be helpful, I personally believe. One believes that one will take Law at A level.
