How can I recover my facebook account?

Hello I made this gmail account around on January to make a facebook and now I can't remember my password. The problem is I also forgot my gmail password I no longer have the same number I put under the account nor did I put a backup phone number all I have is the email address can someone please help me?
I can't reset my password unless is by via text message and I forgot that number so I'm really lost, facebook won't let me put in another email -.-

Go onto your gmail and say forgot password. Once you have that figured out then go to facebook and say forgot password. Once it asks for you to check your email log in to your gmail. fix your passwords and add your mobile number to facebook so its easier next time
