Dell Inspiron 530, help needed?

I can assure you's it is not a cracked screen, Its something to do with my NVIDIA graphics card its update it just says theres a problem I've tried unstalling and reinstalling it still no joy I need this pc to do uni work, any other hints and tips to try get it working ? please

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

Try to boot into safe mode and verify if the issue persists. If so, this is a hardware issue.
If this is a recent driver update issue, you can try a System restore to a previous known good working stage and watch-out for the driver updates.

You may also try to update the driver from http://www.support.dell.com to verify if this is just a driver issue.
