Is it still available to post your Yahoo Avatar as your profile picture?

I recently made a Yahoo Account and I already made a yahoo avatar. I want to set it as my profile picture and since I couldn't figure out myself how to do it, I checked out other answers on here, and for some reason I can't find the following icons: (The one with the * are the icons I can't find)
Go to Profile
Edit my Preferences
Change photo
*use yahoo avatar
*Click save

So is yahoo avatar still available to set as your profile pic, because I can't figure out how to do it, and I've been trying to follow those steps, I've been struggling for two hours now...
Ok, I just can't figure out how to do this... None of my computers let me try and set my Avatar as my profile picure, I go to Profile>Edit my Preferences>Change Photo. Then I try and change my photo but there aren't any choices for the avatar nor my own picture it just says choose selected, please help. Is there something wrong with my *COMPUTERS***?

You can use a photo or a Yahoo! cartoon avatar, and if you have a Facebook or Twitter account, you can also use those avatars.

Go to: http://profile.yahoo.com/y/settings/privacy/ - make sure your profile isn't hidden, because if it is, your avatar won't show.

If you want a cartoon avatar, go here to create one: http://avatars.yahoo.com/ - then click on "Yahoo!" under "Export your Avatar".

In case you want to use a Facebook or Twitter avatar, you need to link those accounts in the Profile options.

You have several options in case you want a photo avatar:
a) go to your Yahoo! Answers settings at http://answers.yahoo.com/my-activity/edit/about , click "Update photo or avatar",
b) go to your Yahoo! Profile at http://profile.yahoo.com/ , click on the current avatar.
Now upload a picture or choose one of the pics you've uploaded previously.

Note: you need to use a desktop computer in order to change your avatar, you can't do it with a mobile.
