Can someone find my name and my birthdate with just my Social Security Number?

Last semester Patricia, this girl who i was involved with while I had a job at the school claims that she is going to have revenge against me for ending the relationship. To this day, ranting fancifully on Facebook about my being this orgy going homosexual, somewhat a pestilence really. She and her cousins work in the payroll department. And she says that she has my social security number on various forms..


How exactly can they do this to me? Might someone know so that i may use this to aid the authorities?

you can find out more than birthday and name

Think about it.....there are 100 million combinations for SS numbers. There are currently 300 million people in the US....what does that tell you? That RIGHT NOW there are 3 LIVING people with your same number, mathematically speaking. That does not even begin to consider the millions of people who have been issued SS numbers and have died.

she already kniow your full name and possibly your address
If she has your social security number, she can do a lot of damage
If you catch her, then you can file a harassment and a fraud suit against her as well as a fraud suit(if she gets credit cards in your name and use them)
be careful because she can do a lot of damage if she has your security number and also if you have good credit.

Well if she has your social security number she basically has what she needs your birth date and/or name is worth alot less than a ss#. But if she is threatening you with your personal information you should be filing a police report. You need to copy any and everything that she ever says about using your SSN against you and even the fact that she states because her family works at the school she has access to your stuff and bring it to the school and file a complaint. Both a police report AND a complaint to the school about what shes threatening against you is all you need to scare her off.
