What should I do in this situation?

There is someone I know that I tried to follow on twitter and instagram, but I think it was denied. I know her from work and she is friendly when she sees me in person. She has other people from work on her instagram. Is it possible she didnt know it was me or maybe she is just being nice when she sees me. Should I just stop talking to her completly or ask her about. I understand if she doesnt want anything to do with me, but why talk to me in person if you dont want to talk to me online.

it's probably just a misunderstanding, don't be angry with her, and don't jump to conclusions. Mention it casually in conversation with her, if she's friendly to you then it should be fine, i don't see why she would have a problem with it and if it is a misunderstanding she'll probably appreciate you telling her as she won't have wanted to offend you

she should obviously add you on twitter and instagram if she talks to you in person in a nice way
this is defiantly causing mixed signals
but in this case my strong advice to you is to confront her and ask her what happened ? or why is she talking to you yet not adding you or anything.. it could lead to results as maybe she doesn't use twitter or instagram no more but also make another friend of yours and that knows her to add her and see if that friend gets accepted first before you

It could just be that she doesnt want u to see what she has posted or her pictures. If she is nice to u at work and stuff then just keep it like that dont try to push it. I wouldnt stop talking to her altogether bc you do have to work with her.
