Which are some of the most useful, fun and interesting iphone apps available?
I am new to the iphone world (got a 4 this week), and am wondering which apps people most recommend for entertainment/usefulness etc?
Cheers.

well im sitting with my iPhone 4 in front of me so ill tell you which ones i personally love and use alot on my handset....Some of these are chargeable ones from the app store so ill try and put the price as well if i can remember.

ColorSplash - a photography application. Allows you to take a picture or import from library and it greys the image out. you can think add splashes of colour to any part of the image to make things stand out. brilliant little app. £1.19 it costs.

PSmobile - Photoshop mobile. Official photoshop app in photgraphy. allows you to crop images, add effects to them, borders, saturation, polarization etc. Brillint little free application

iMovie / Reel Direct - i have bought apples iMovie and an app called reel director which are effecively the same thing. both allow you to make movies from images and your iphones recorded HD movies. add effects etc. I personally tfind that the reel director app is alot more in depth and more function. both cost £2.99

Ebay & Paypal - both apps are free. allow you to access ebay, search, purchase etc. also log into pay pal acount, make payments, receive payments. brilliant

engadget - news application which has sources from egadget, imobile and engadget HD. free application, lots of tech news.

dragon dictation - a new application only recently on the store and its free. talk into the iphone speaker and it records your voice, turns it to text and allows you to email or text it etc. brilliant...works very vey well

shazam - free for the basic version. £2.99 for the pro version. tag songs, connects to servers and tells you exactly what the song and artist is. allows you to buy in on itunes etc. great app

airvideo - i personally use this for my iphone and ipad. basically it connects over your home network to a media centre or a computer where dvds, videos etc are stored and allows you to play them direct to your idevice so no storage required. you can also connect by pin remotely. brilliant free app. requires client to be installed on pc

facebook and twitter - free official apps.

Doodle jump is definitely fun, I sometimes play for an hour or two at a time! I also recommend Remote, Flick Fishing, Stick Skater, Pocket God, FallDown!, FML, iBooks, Pandora, and Bump. Also, m.youtube.com is better than the stock YouTube app, so I would recommend going to that in Safari then saving it to the homepage by hitting the "+"

Hello, I to Am new to the Iphone.
It's all very new to me and I want to get the best out of It.
I'm found a great way to create apps, You just download the ebook and everything you need to learn about creating apps.
I'm on a low budjet and found this great no expensive equipment, or software It's simple even If you barely know how to turn on a computer.
