I cant type in/scroll through lists on websites?
I truthfully have trouble explaining this?
So i will give an example.. two actually.
Both from godaddy.com which is an example of a website which I WANT to use.. but I CANT.
I recently had a virus and deleted it, but since I manually deleted the virus, i think i could've deleted some important files too. One example is when you go to godaddy.com, the first thing you see is the search bar for domain names. First off, I CANT rtype in it. I cant click it.. and i cant scroll through the little thing that says .com, .org, .co etc. etc. Another example is when you go to GET WEBSITE HOSTING, and you click the different planes and rates.. i cant scroll through the rates.
This has been happening on other websites too..and similar things... and on different browsers too... so It might be a computer problem?
I dont know what this problem is called.. because i dont know what to name it?
Is it a java or a flash problem?
Thanks!
Ive never heard of this before :/

sounds to me like a browser specific problem and sounds as though in the process of removing the virus you've managed to remove or corrupt registry entries that govern how the system works but it may also be a virus that is still in your system causing the issue

try a virus scanner like avast (use boot scan)
try reinstalling the browser (email me from my profile of you need help in doing this)

if all else fails reinstall your operating system

michalch98,

That does sound a little odd. I think Eddie1983 is correct in assuming that it could be browser-specific. If you haven't yet, try either removing the browser and reinstalling it or simply using another browser to see if it fixes the issue. Past that, it's difficult to diagnose. I'm sorry you got the virus in the first place. Please know that you can also use the mobile app to manage your account. Here's more info on that. http://x.co/rzbH
