Having trouble with logging into facebook.?
My mom is having trouble with logging into facebook. Whenever she logs in she gets a notice saying that an unknown, unrecognized device had tried to activate the account. Her account is temporarily locked right now. The unknown device was our computer which we use to log into facebook all the time. So my question is do we wait for it to go back to normal? Or can we do something to get it unlocked. Thanks Smile

You need to wait for sometime and check if Facebook is initiating any verification/Recovery process. If not then you can contact them, They might ask you some scanned docs as part of verification.
