Your girlfriend doesnt make you happy or your ex? if its your girlfriend why are you with her? if you truely love her fight for the relationship if not move on dont string this poor girl along.

Your ex has depressed you, been abusive and cheated on you in the past if she loved you she wouldnt have slept with another man simple as you need to break the contact or your stuck in a never ending cycle of you giving her one more chance and her throwing it back in your face.,

You deserve better than this your worth more than this. Tell her if you feel comfortable you can be friends but only friends dont let her play you like she has in the past or you will never find true happiness., At least stay away from her whilst your in a relationship its the least respect your girlfriend deserves

Btw just read the additional details.. your ex has no right to tell you what you can and cant do.. she lost that right when she cheated on you. Sounds like she only wants you back because your a taken man
