Toned stomach please help!!?

And maybe some stories about how u achieve ur toned stomach, just turned 16 so quite determined to get one but in so lazy...and also how do u get that line ?

That "line" is simply definition from abs. In other words, that's what your muscle looks like underneath fat and skin. Laziness can be a problem because the only way to achieve toned abs is persistence along with typically a healthy diet.

Go on YouTube and do a super AB workout its fun too! Blast music, do yoga or classes at a local gym, get friends together it makes it less boring!!! Or even buy an AB video by jullian micheals from biggest loser, my coach did that and you could tell her abs were so tone she said it was difficult but worth it

the girl in this photo has a very low level of fat in her body so first of all you will need to cary out lots of cardiac exercises like running, cycling, swimming or active sports like basketball, football, etc.
If you don't loose body fat you won't be able to achieve a toned stomach (unless of course you have a very low fat level already).
Once you have lost most of the fat in your body you will need to start doing abdominal muscle exercises like sit-ups, plank, v-lifts, if you google 6pack exercises or stomach muscle exercises you will find many exercises with diagrams and videos to make sure you're doing it correctly.
Follow some of these exercises and keep following until you are happy with how your stomach looks!

OK.

The first step is to lose all the fat that is currently covering your stomach. Doing crunches at this stage is pointless.

You should start by losing weight. Do this by cutting about 250 calories out of your diet and burning about 250 calories each day. At this rate, you will lose 1 lb a week. Plenty of time for summer!

Because you say you are lazy, try to cut out 500 calories of food each day, that way you won't have to worry about the cardio so much. Once you start getting thinner, then start doing situps, crunches, leg raises and really start a weight lifting routine.
