What is cellular data on iphone 3gs?
Under network they're options to disable 3G and cellular data? what is the difference between the two and if i disable the cellular data can I still use the internet like facebook and apps if I ave wifi?

Disabling cellular data means you can't access Edge or 3g not just the 3g network. You will still be able to use wifi.
