Is there any other way to get to them so they might actually respond?

Find them hanging around outside a tour bus. This is the easiest way to meet a band. Unfortunatly MCR is pretty secretive and they don't do a lot of signings ever. Just search around on the Internet next time they tour and try to win a meet and greet with them. Probably the easiest way. There are more and more people joining twitter everyday and they may respond to you if your tweet is very inspiring, but I can't see them answering otherwise. Sorry.

thay don't alwas reply cus withing 10 minits your message will wove to the bottem of the pile but Frank replyed to one of my messages a while ago

I don't think there's a very high chance that they'll respond.
I mean, think of how many other people would've sent them messages.. they'd have to be super super human to reply to them all.
lol, and if I knew how to use Twitter properly, I would tell you.. but I'm not quite sure... I think you just put @gerardway to send Gerard a message. I think. Or just go on his page and press reply on one of his messages. It's what I do at least xD

Maybe just keep an eye out and see if they're online at the same time as you.. then ask a really interesting question?
