How can i ask to meet up with this old friend?

I recently found my old friends profile on facebook from year 7, ad it has been nearly 3 years since we have last seen each other. She lives in brisbane which is about 40 minutes drive north from where i live, but i want to move back there. I feel kinda sad i didn't keep into much contact with my primary school friends, we all went to different schools. How can i ask if she wants to catch up? If it was you would you want to after this time? Thanks

I'd definitely message her and talk to her a bit first. Tell her you'd like to catch up, and maybe she'll coordinate it.
