How can i make appealing newsletters, and get into social networking?

This is our current newsletter, http://www.gwyneddgadgets.co.uk/Specials/index.html can you suggest ways o make it more appealing?
Also ways on sharing it with larger amounts of people, tips with social networking etc?

Use a maximum of 2 maybe 3 fonts. keep most text to the same size and only increase the size for main items. Add background images and one or two foreground images to create interest.

For social networking, you first need to make yourself seen on others social pages. Make comments, retweet twitters, make friends. Don't try selling your self too quickly. as you start to gain a following (return follower, friends etc) then occasionally add parts about what you are selling. Too much too quickly drives people away.
