hi5 service unavailable cant access the website help!?

i get email notifications of the activity in my profile, but cant just get to the website. the links in the emails lead to service unavailable, when i type directly too it leads to service unavailable, when i try websites that hide my ip i get on but cant login since i log in with facebook and that link doesnt work. in short, i cant do anything related to hi5, except their help page and i wonder why that works and their main doesnt. i have cleard my browser cache, updated my browser, did the same for flash and system restored my computer to earlier date still it persists. i have tried diffrent connections, diffrent service providers and contacted hi5 and they are not helping. please someone help!
