How do I customize my facebook business page?

I am a stay at home mom who just started a arts and crafts business. I am trying to make my business page on facebook look more professional, but I don't know how to customize my page any more than the basic inputting of information and adding photos. I am trying to add a header and order form that links to my email. A discussion forum would be great, too, but its not necessarily needed. Are their apps that I need to add? If so, which ones?

You can view your pages at http://www.facebook.com/?sk=pages and on the page you like to edit you will see Edit button.

You can even add a discussion forum to your page as a tab. You can use fBulletin for that.
