What exactly do I do after Cydia is installed on my ipod touch 4g ios 6.0.1?

I tried something and now when I open Cydia it keeps closing. I think it was something I did or didn't do when I first opened up Cydia, but I don't know what to do at first when I install and open it. Can somebody please help me?? :/

I think what you have is called a "tethered" jailbreak (which means that every time you respring/reboot you need to boot tethered again from he jailbreak program) There are no known untethered jailbreaks known as of now but keep up with Redsn0w on twitter to know when they come out with it.
