Is there a way on facebook to group together or message only those from a certain area ie.my village?

If you want to group message different people. Go to the message tab on Facebook => send a new Message => and Type In the names of people you want to add to the message.
OR You could create a Group on Facebook, Which there is a option to on your homepage, Left hand column. (Create Group). Through this, you could group together people from your village, so they can stay in contact with you.
