how to find a job in an international campany based in Italy?

I live and work in a small town in Italy. i have a university degree in economics almost five years experience in office administration and similar. speak fluent English and Italian plus a bit of German.
I am 30 years old and very ready for a serious international career. In Italy their are no opportunities at all,. i feel so wasted. wish i had a chance to grow internationally without necessarily moving. I’ve tried sending cv directly o answering job applications …since almost 3 years but no one calls back. I am tired, disappointed and out of ideas
