My username for Facebook is cricketsmith54 @ Facebook.com. How can I get basegalval@facebook.com?

I tried to set my niece up for Facebook and that's what happened

What do you mean...? Do you mean how to CHANGE it to basegalval@facebook.com?.. If so, what you have to do is go to the icon where you would usually go to "log out" but go to "Account Settings" which should be above where the "Log out" button is. And after you clicked "Account Settings" somewhere it should say "Username" then go to "Edit" and you can change it to whatever you want to change it to..

You can change your username on facebook...

Login
Go to account settings
General section
click on edit by username
change your username to whatever
click save

You're done
