Hints about American Horror Story season 3 in last nights finale?
I follow Ryan Murphy on twitter, and the last 3 episodes, he says there are clues to what next season will be about. Was there any re-occurring themes in those episodes that I did not catch?

My daughter and I re-watched all three last night and we cannot find any common hints.

For starters, Evan Peters and Sarah Paulson - Kit and Lana from season two - will return in new roles. They join the already-announced Jessica Lange, whose season three character Murphy described as being a "really glamour-cat sort of lady." Season three will revolve around Lange. The clues are heading towards Salem witchcraft trials and voodoo in a new Orleans type setting..First,clue Sister Mary Eunice (Lily Rabe) playing "I Put a Spell On You" on the asylum's brand new jukebox. Im sure this was a deliberate song choice ... and a clear reference to voodoo or witchcraft also a quick line from the Monsignor (Joseph Fiennes) about cremation being a Pagan ritual.this happened in episode 11 The next episode 12 Thredson tells Lana what he couldn't burn of Wendy’s body, he cut up.

Then he said, “There are pieces of her scattered from Plymouth to Springfield.”

The Salem Witch Trials took place in various cities in Massachusetts.“"The first suspicion of witchcraft in the New England colonies began at Springfield, Massachusetts, as early as 1645.”

Furthermore, Sister Jude plays “Love Potion Number Nine” on the jukebox before Monsignor Howard pulls the plug. The first verse, specifically, is played, which references Madame Rue as the Gypsy with the gold capped tooth.

Putting all these things together, witches were known to brew potions and cast spells. Therefore, witches and/or the Salem Witch Trials seems like a strong plot possibility. I for one cannot wait 4 the new season BEST SHOW EVER MADE!!!
