I don't know of any off the top of my head. I think Yahoo used to have one back in the day, and I found this website earlier.

Maybe that will help.

My personal WYSIWYG (which stands for "What You See Is What You Get") website builder is Weebly (http://www.weebly.com). It is really easy to use and has NO ADVERTS (except for at the bottom of the page, which says in VERY small type "Create A Free Site With Weebly", which you can remove for a small monthly fee, which will also grant you many other cool features). You get your own domain name, which acts as the web address which visitors will type in to get to your site, which will be something like "www.example.weebly.com". However, you can buy other domain names (eg. .".com" ".net" ".org") which removes the ".weebly" part.
I have created many websites with WYSIWYG editors and I can safely say it is the best I have ever seen, you can even sell things without having to spend any money on making the site!

I hope this helps!
