How do I make my account truly private on Facebook?
No matter what settings I set it to, its not truly private. Strangers can still see photos in my album, look at past posts on my timeline, see who all my friends are, and read my info. Facebook used to make it really easy to make this stuff private to everyone except friends. Now it doesn't even seem to be possible.

yes, it's possible, but maybe there is something you are doing wrong
