What can I do to get guys to talk to me?

I think you can guess my conflict just by looking at the title of the question...Anyways, I'm a junior in high school and I've still never had a boyfriend. I've never even been out on a date or asked to a dance. I don't know if my personality is what's keeping guys away. I'm a nice person. but I'm quite shy to people I don't necessarily know. However, around people I'm comfortable with, I find myself to be extremely outgoing and positive. Also, I don't know if the way I dress is turning guys off. I dress how I want to: which means bold prints, baggy sweaters, printed combat boots, printed leggings, etc. (Actually, in my school I'd be classified as the hipster/indie type). I don't like to wear fancy designers or carry thousand dollar purses. I just dress how I feel. By the way, my hygiene is very good and I take very good care of myself, ie. my hair is always clean and brushed, my breath always smells fine, and I wear deodorant and perfume, so obviously it's not how I smell. So, why don't guys talk to me? Am I not "pretty" enough?

I didn't have my first boyfriend until senior year of high school. And I was just like you, I wasn't ugly, I dressed fine, I was a bit shy, but I was still nice. Honestly, it's just something that'll happen when you least expect it. You're not doing anything wrong. Maybe you just haven't met the right guy. All I can say is be patient.

And you're pretty, so don't worry that it's about your appearance. Try meeting new people outside of school or in a new place.

You have a hot face. if you're not fat then it's just your clothes. It is not your personality. Most guys don't like girls in combat boots and baggy anything. Wear some simple flats, good fitting jeans showing your ass with a cute top. Show some curves girlfriend.
