Multimonitor Solution?

Situation:

1x Dell Optiplex 760
2x samsung 46" inch screens
1x 30" inch dell screen

Question:

Need a GPU that can support all these screens at once with cloned screens. Preff HDMI since the samsung screens dont have vga/dvi.
