Obviously, you've suffered a virus attack. ( I guess)
First of all, try to back up files, save your data and stuffs.
Or try to run in Safe mode to see if the problems still happens, update your AV and scan the system.

Otherwise, restore Windows, which is sad. ~~

It could possibly be an overheating issue, or the windows files may be corrupt.

How to fix the overheating issue? Follow these steps:

Buy a can of compresed air and an anti-static brush
Open the case and spray the air on the CPU heat-sink and fan assembly.
Try get out all of the dust using the brush and the air.

To fix the corrupt windows files?

Click start>search box and type "CMD"> In CMD type "chkdsk /f /r"

This will check the HDD for bad sectors and fix/recover any issues on the HDD

If this doesn't work, it could be several other components or software.

Good luck mate, take care.
