Since clickbank is global it actually works in every country. Just choose a product you want to promote and make a webpage or blog about it.... then you have to drive traffic to your site and you might have your first sales... it is not dependent on a country

Try creating some high quality backlinks to your website also. The more links pointing to your site, the better. You will also start to rank higher in search engines.
