1: ditch the current system for draft picks, make a lottery
2: not fully sure what u mean with that
3: I like hearing the players real opinions on things, it keeps it more real imo
4: relax, these are men between 18-30 (and the ones in question 18-25) they will let themselves go some times
5: depending on what its about, race, religion, illnesses etc off limits but keep the rivalry going
6: the tribunal itself is pretty much fine, its the MRP and their retarded points system that should go
7: 4 and a sub, i have been staunch on this since they brought the sub in nothings changed my mind
8: has to be done, u need ur big guns firing against quality sides
9: shorten the season, the blowouts early on were few and far between, now sides like the lions are going to cop it
10: all trades should be handled in the off season, players signed with a club should not be having discussions until their contract expires.

1. Get rid of the draft pick system and introduce a lottery, like what the NBA has.
2. ????
3. Lighten up on that, they might love Facebooking and Tweeting.
4. Boys will be boys. Drinking should be fine, but at least have limits
5. Heavier fines and suspensions. Sledging is alright, but keep it clean! No racist, sexist taunts etc.
6. Clean-out of whomever is in charge because that is an absolute joke!
7. ???
8. Alright I think.
9. Suck it up Princess!
10. Unsure

1. Tanking: Draft lottery
2. The Muck: Don't understand
3. social media: Can't stop that, let players voice their opinions
4. Drinking and late Nights: Clubs impose harsh enough penalties themselves, fine.
5. Sledging: Nothing
6. Tribunal: Introduce common sense
7. interchange: Agree with four and a sub
8. Resting great players in games against smaller teams: Nothing, it is just list managemnt
9. Blow outs: Live with them!
10. Contract Talks and Poaching: Sort out all contract details in the off season.

I wouldn't be a very good AFL CEO Wink

1. Seeing as it doesn't exist there's not much you can do about it! If it someday is found to be real, than a Draft Lottery sounds the best solution.
2. Doesn't bother me that much, I would say though if a player loses his feet to get the ball then it's an automatic free kick to the opposition every time unless infringed.
3. Nothing.
4. 2/3 strike system for misdemeanours and then the AFL must take action.
5. Same as Whay.
6. Complete renovation, of the system and the people who run it.
7. 3 player interchange, no sub.
8. Disappointing but that is at the club's discretion, no sanctions for that one.
9. No change, bad clubs aren't going to get any better unless they get more match practise so a shorter season will only lead to more blow outs over more seasons.
10. Scrap Trade Week. Instead trades and contract signings can be made a week after the Grand Final and anytime until the 31st of December that year. Trades and contract signings can be made at no other time during year which might discourage the bs we've seen from Cloke and Boak, which is a distraction during the season. It would be a headache to begin with because obviously players are contracted to various different dates around the year, but after the initially scaffolding is laid down the system will be much more equitable and less rushed than before.

1. Tanking - change the current system. I don't see why the team placed 18th on the ladder deserves a higher pick than the team placed 9th. If you miss the finals, it doesn't matter where you finished, your team has fallen short. The allocation of draft picks should be a random lottery between the bottom 10 teams.
2. The Muck - I don't see any problem with an intense physical scrap for the ball.
3. social media - More freedom of speech for the players would be nice.
4. Drinking and late Nights - Should be up to the clubs to decide how to penalize a player. Collingwood took the right approach with Swan.
5. Sledging - I don't see it as too big a problem
6. Tribunal - consistency would be nice.
7. interchange - Go back to the old system. The new substitute rule doesn't work
8. Resting great players in games against smaller teams - Not a problem. It's called smart coaching. And resting a good player gives the weaker team that slightly higher chance
9. Blow outs - Really? We've had a number of brilliant close games over the past number of weeks. AFL is more exciting than ever!
10. Contract Talks and Poaching - AFL is a business. As much as I hate to see players poached, it's part of the game.
