What does F+ repersent ?

So I just did an internet speed test @ speedtest.net
anyway it showed me the result, the grade was F+
Does it mean fail? I mean i got many egyptians friends who I knew from facebook and games that did a test and the grade was D while their download speed was 0.48 ( I know, too slow xD ) and mine was 1.78.

Because speedtest's result note takes account of the ping you had with specified server. Even if you are overall a bit faster then them, you take more time to reach the server every time information is exchanged, it means your internet line has a bit less "quality". you could try selecting a different server to see if you have a lower ping and different results
